#LI-REMOTE We are in search for a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Insights. The role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a new division that was formed through the acquisition of four companies.  This is a ground floor opportunity to come in and build out the sales insights to power the sales organization.  This new role requires an analytical and strategic thinker who can leverage strong technical know-how and a big picture mindset. The right person for this role will be a problem solver with strong financial literacy, technical and communication skills.  Experience designing, building and delivering sales and business insights, target market intelligence, using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other visualization tools. You will provide actionable insights and data driven information for the Senior Vice President of Sales and finance team members. This individual will also be involved in building establishing and monitoring metrics & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) critical to measuring the health of sales, marketing, and business processes. This new position will partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver insights, dashboards, dataflows, analytics, scorecards, and reports to assist the SVP of Sales in identifying trends, anomalies, or other points of interest that require further investigation relative to process gaps and redundancies.  In this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams. This is the right opportunity for someone with expert level skills looking for a chance to utilize your analytic strengths to be part of building something from the ground up.What you’ll be doing  Partner with finance and sales to synthesize sales data to provide financial reporting, planning and forecasting.  Conduct executive level health of the business reviews with SVP of Sales  Institute data governance based on an analytics vision SVP of sales, finance, and commission team. Establish companywide data standards and processes that serve as the basis for analysis that help to improve sales results. Build descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics with data driven actionable insights  Build analysis models and insight examples such as; white space analysis of client revenue profile, client strategy, business by industry, opportunity, sale pipeline velocity, conversion, win rate, forecasts, growth, process adoption analysis, closed business, ect. Provide customer drive actional insights for sales and finance to improve insights, productivity, and data literacy of our sales and finance organization  Develop a robust, flexible data repository (data lake) to store financial performance, pipeline, territory, revenue, commission, and partner data. Build business intelligence, reports, dashboards to highlight KPI’s and other significant sales and business metrics utilizing data repository Establish and monitor metrics & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) critical to measuring system level processes and measurement of effective initiative execution. Support cross-organizational initiatives to improve key performance indicators, offering suggestions as to how information can be used more effectively to improve business performance Consolidate and automate reporting for key business metrics, and architect data repositories and SQL processes for project management, sales, and financial trending/analytics at the company, product, and rep levels Data Visualization and Presentation  Drafting monthly, quarterly and annual reporting related to sales and client revenue data
