This will involve working with several components like VLSI ASICS, FPGA’s and high-speed RF Components. MUST: • Sr. ATE Test Engineer Background• Advantest 93K experience • C Programming linked to Advantest 93k tester • A combination of the components below- FPGA: Xilinx, Virtex Ultra Scale, Zynq, Altera DSP- RF: 2-30GHz, Data converters, Power Management - ASIC: VLSI SOC
