Senior Consultant in Enquero’s

Enterprise Applications unit, you will analyze business processes, pain points, as-is system functionalities to provide recommendations on addressing business challenges. You will leverage your experience in managing the development life cycle and administration cadence of mission critical systems used by the business to drive operating activities. You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate, and provide suggestions to improve existing system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. You are expected to analyze and recommend commercially available software and/or open source technology solutions based on business need. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of the functional processes and underlying technology options. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented, dynamic team player who will operate as a technical and process thought leader as well as strong business analyst and advisor. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.
  • Work in an agile environment, with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to improve, define and manage new business processes and help develop overall technology solution design.
  • Assess existing processes and make improvement recommendations based on customer experience, cycle time and risk/reward analysis.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope, develop solutions to technology challenges and deliver the requirements before the deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, document and distribute meeting minutes, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Support teams through all phases of the project including knowledge transition phase.
  • Embrace new technologies and work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality and adhere to industry standards, principles and practices
  • Be an individual contributor or mentor/lead small teams on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of a Lead Consultant/Principal Consultant, to develop work product, lead specific project initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert on consulting projects.
  • Contributing to your BU/Practice by
    • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
    • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
    • Actively participate in organizationlevel activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should have experience as a Product Owner and has extensive experience creating detailed User Stories , Acceptance Criteria and an ability to be a bridge between Business and IT team.
  • Facilitate discussions with business groups, define their needs and translate these needs into quantifiable business requirements.
  • Define current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) scenarios (processes, models, use cases, user stories, plans, and solutions). Work with the team to build consensus among stakeholders to validate and finalize the requirements.
  • Identify and analyze simple to complex business processes that require change/improvement.
  • Effectively extract and document both system-agnostic and functional business requirements.
  • Serve as technical coordinator to ensure all design questions are answered.
  • Serve as a liaison between business groups and IT development to clarify requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT development team to ensure requirements are properly translated into technical specifications that meet the business needs.
  • Work with QA team to create and refine a master test plan that traces business requirements throughout the SDLC.
  • Act as a change agent to help ensure that the newly implemented system/process enhances the success of the project.
  • Communicate status of deliverables and timelines to interested parties proactively. Document issues thoroughly and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Perform gap analysis of requirements against out-of-the-box application/system functionality and suggest best practices solutions.
  • Present findings for iterative prototypes, proof of concepts, and case studies.
  • Facilitate weekly or monthly meetings with business groups and development.
  • Track work progress/status; identify risks and constraints, escalate issues as necessary
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines and reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

Experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst supporting sales and/or marketing organization processes and systems plus at least 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
  • 2+ full implementation in Salesforce with atleast 2 full-lifecycle projected delivering new solutions.
  • Intermediate understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & OMS.
  • Experience working in Sales or Service Operations preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications a must.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Good written and oral communication skills a must.
