This is a potential contract to hire position.

Requirements
  • Would really like someone that is higher level - Jr. System Administrator that is ok doing Service Desk as well.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
  • Windows 10
  • Be comfortable with Macs
  • Expert with Remote Support Tools
  • Knowledge with PC imaging (Windows 10), refresh roll outs, computer setup, and general technical troubleshooting abilities are preferred
  • Any asset management or scanning experience is a plus.
  • Off hours support and flexibility may/will be needed.
  • Performs and/or coordinates IT equipment setup and breakdown activities; including cabling to prepare hardware for proper operation.
  • Inspects physical hardware for proper operation.
  • Coordinates physical equipment installation and repairs with Dell Support as needed.
  • Completes all asset management of IT assets that are installed as well as stored in designated storage rooms.
  • Resolves entry-level client issues during installation of IT assets.
  • Completes all ticket requests that are designated in work queue.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • As directed by the Service Desk Supervisor
