Key Responsibilities:
Partner with ECLIPSE program leaders in the development of the global strategy of the enterprise contracts management center of excellence. Drive the development and implementation of new, policies, processes, standards, templates, and training across the globe
Develop contracts governance and compliance requirements for the organization.
Collaborate with program leads with the implementation of a new enterprise contracts lifecycle management (ECLM) system and optimizing contracts processes. Align and manage the contracts lifecycle management technology administration group in partnership with the IT team.
Provide guidance of the development and maintenance of the CMO knowledge hub, training of contracts personnel, and various performance metrics.
Establish best practice contracts processes and policies for the CMO. Lead efforts to optimize processes and systems by assessing needs and developing, proposing and implementing solutions.
Manage a global team with responsibilities to maintain and enhance best practice contracts processes and policies for the CMO. Develop CMO staffing strategy and drive a high-performance culture that is focused on quality and business results. Create an environment that fosters employee motivation and engagement.
Serve as the chair of the global contracts management advisory council. Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute enterprise-level projects, initiatives and/or programs.
Resolve contract management issues and concerns that may arise with the contracts business and functional teams and ensure alignment with ECLIPSE and CMO enterprise strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field
Expert understanding of the contract management lifecycle and understanding of core legal contracts processes and issues and strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance considerations
Expert understanding of drafting, reviewing, analyzing, negotiating and managing a wide variety of contract types (e.g., Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and corresponding SOWs, Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, healthcare professional (HCP) agreements, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivalent in related field
Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues, apply critical judgment, and provide efficient and effective contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
Background in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other relevant healthcare industry
Proven successful project management leadership skills
Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of contract management to the business
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Demonstrated ability to manage one or more teams and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to work and excel within a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
Frequently interacts with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications
Lead technical meetings for internal and external representatives
Require the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
Dedicated to quality client service and pro-active and responsive to client needs
Develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to successfully implement global enterprise systems and related solutions

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
