Job ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Director of IT, you will be responsible for addressing current and future needs of the organization by understanding current business processes and translating them to sustainable technical solutions.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Identify and fix production functional issues in SAP SD/MM areas
  • Perform detailed analysis, validation, documentation of business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Design, customize, configure, and test SD/MM Requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map Business requirements, processes, objectives and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy Business needs.
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with Business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
  • Should have fair understanding of FI Processes.
  • Carry out/Support month-end activities.
  • Work self-directed and independently.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Production support for SAP S/4 technical issues including month-end issues
  • Debug S/4 issues to help functional team understand the root cause of the issue
  • Design and develop new Programs, Reports, Interfaces based on the functional requirements
  • Create Enhancements and user-exits to make business processes more efficient
  • Create and run LSMW for mass changes and data extraction in SAP S/4
  • Create SAP S/4 queries for data validation and extraction
  • Modify existing reports to add fields to selection screen and output
  • Manage failed iDocs to fix inventory variance, ensure continuous business flow
  • Manage SAP S/4 Transport process
  • Manage Transport sequencing and Version release in JIRA
  • Testing, troubleshooting and code review to check for program correctness & performance during system upgrade.
  • Manage distribution of SAP S/4 reports
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
