Duration: Long Term Contract

Work Experiences:
  • Experience with Embedded software development, integration, debugging
  • 5+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C, Java, Python, etc.
  • Software design/debugging techniques, problem solving, and documentation skills
  • Kernel Driver development, Bare metal embedded programming , Android Linux Kernel experience.
  • Proof of record on either one of following technologies is a strong plus : 5G/4G, Modem, Camera, Display, Video, Graphics, Machine Learning /AI,
  • embedded RTOS/Linux on ARM system
  • Some high-level understanding on machine learning is beneficial but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment towards quality and timely deliverables

Job Description:Client is looking for a software engineer with proven track record in software development on embedded device. This individual will be part of a team of developers, who will work on fast-paced projects from ideation, to prototype, to commercialization. This individual needs to have hands-on experience in the entire software development lifecycle from design, development, and debugging aspects of embedded systems. The ideal candidate shall be interested in joining a dynamic team who would be working on various verticals like modem/multimedia/machine learning etc. Strong familiarity and understanding of operating system internals, Linux and Android, would be useful. This candidate is expected to work with minimal supervision to define the task and come up with requirements and provide breakdown of the tasks for time estimation. This individual shall work closely with project lead, product management, system engineers and other cross functional team to successfully drive projects to completion.

Education:Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
