Description We are in search of a Sr. Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be orchestrating meetings and events both locally and internationally, and will be pivotal in shaping a workplace environment that is both inspiring and fun. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinate an average of 20 events per month both locally and across our global offices Act as the primary point of contact for workplace matters during the event planning and execution process Collaborate effectively with internal teams to secure necessary facilities services such as catering, security, maintenance, IT, and others Monitor events onsite, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and managing budget expectations Handle logistical aspects such as furniture moves and floor plan setups for events Continually collect and evaluate data on events to identify trends, potential risks, and service deficiencies within the team Assist in large team projects and take ownership of small ad hoc projects as needed Collaborate with senior team members on larger company-wide events for growth and experience. Requirements Proven experience in Customer Service and Communication. Strong knowledge of Operations and Planning Processes. Experience with Budget Processes and Logistics management. Familiarity with Security protocols for events. Ability to manage and oversee Facility usage, including HVAC systems. Proficient in Metric Reporting and using Monitoring Tools. Proven capacity to Execute plans and strategies effectively. Comfortable interacting with C-Suite executives and coordinating Conference Calls. Experience with Catering management for large-scale events. Willingness to be Onsite during events and to Go the extra mile when needed. Demonstrated Creativity in event planning and execution. Ability to Coordinate Meetings effectively. Proficiency in Ad Hoc Reporting and identifying Deficiencies. Comfortable working with Internal Teams to achieve event goals. Willingness to undertake International Travel as required. Proficient in using Pinterest and other social media platforms for event promotion.
