Sr. Front End Engineer

Duration: 6+ months (temp to perm)

Max Pay Rate $61.00-71.00/hr. W2

Location: Mountainview, CA. onsite work requires proof of vaccination, including booster shots.Hybrid. People would be in office for 2-3 days in office and can work from home for rest of the days, if they prefer.

Description: A Senior Front End Consultant will have the following responsibilities:- Work in an agile environment and follow the sprint cycles- Work with the tech lead and manager to identify and breakdown features into tasks- Design and hands on implementation in Ember.js of needed features- Understand the current Front End architecture- Work with the UX team and implement the design- Write unit, functional, integration tests- Help other team members and participate in collaborative efforts- Debug and fix issues- Monitor, support and improve the system

Key Qualifications: ? 5+ years of software development experience ? Expertise in JavaScript stack. Ember.js highly preferred; Angular.js, React.js are acceptable with a fast learner ? Expertise in HTML, CSS ? Must have good UI design, coding and debugging skills ? Knowledge of REST endpoints and use ? Preferred knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols, Kong ? Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform ? BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience
