Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a Global team (US, Italy and Mexico) to develop world class products for the EV charging market.
  • Employ technical expertise to propose design solutions for our new products.
  • Deliver circuit designs with attention to product reliability, safety and cost.
  • Provide technical guidance in developing new PCB designs; verify existing designs and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance in developing new PCB designs, verify existing designs and recommend improvements.
  • Plan designs that incorporate Design for Manufacturability strategies using best practices.
Skills:
  • Experience with OrCad and DIptrace
  • Experience with ARENA PLM system strongly desired Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
  • Comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Positive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Prior experience in the EV and/or EV charging industry desired.
  • Experience working with JDM teams
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8 + years of experience developing electronic products.
