The successful candidate will be part of the People Operation Team within Zscaler People & Culture Org based in the United States and be responsible for managing the tracking, implementation and delivery of the Change Management process across the network.The role will be based hybrid in San Jose, CA and will be responsible for managing and facilitating the process for change across the network; with a core focus on operationally impacting change. This role will be responsible for influencing project owners to deliver change through the standard process to avoid operational overload and to ensure all change is aligned with business goals.This SR. HR Technical Program Manager for the People Operation Team who will work with various cross-functional partner teams such as HR Technology, Analytics, HR Business partners, Finance and the Business to set and deliver against our strategic and operational goals with a high level of autonomy. You will be a key partner to our recruiting team members, leaders, and interviewers in the design and flow of strategies that help us achieve our hiring goals and think of new ways to elevate our candidate experience. Our goal is to make hiring scalable, simpler, more pleasant, and more productive for the team’s success.Responsibilities:Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and processes to maximize change compliance, productivity and continuous improvement of the P&C Org.Build strong partnership with techno functional leaders to support/lead new business initiatives, measure impacts and successfully integrate/deploy projects onsite.Engage with other Zscaler P&C global teams to adopt and share best practices to improve end to end outcomes.Build/ Drive/ Create/Support/Initiate/Improve the business strategic design, content creation, delivery of the standard work and change management initiatives for the entire P&C Org.Create change standards, audit process and build an entire strategic change Management frameworkIn Depth technical functional knowledge of HCM & ATS and ability to identify system & process automation ability on a wide scale.Analyze and solve global change management barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.Lead large to extra large scale implementation projects ranging from ATS (GreenHouse), service management processes, systems automations, organization wide change management, etc.  Create detailed reports, charts, presentations for regular board presentations for inter and intra network scalability scope.Produces reporting as needed (weekly, monthly, live) on ServiceNow/Asana for customer, team execution and internal purposes.
