Role: Sr. Hybris e-Commerce Developer

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and Customize Hybris e-commerce web Storefront with best practice code and performance.Develop new features to improve consumer experiences and sales.Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.Communicate status of projects and initiatives to senior team membersCollaborate with other team members to support existing software or create new software as well as the ability to work independently when neededUnit testing and Performance test.Solutions to focus on leveraging OOTB architecture and services.Resolve defects and update system documentation.Provide production support including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and defects.Assist in scoping and estimating for programming tasks and implementation plans.Develop project plans and resource requirements for assigned projects, and provide fact based and accurate task effort estimates to management

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Hybris :3+ years designing and developing Hybris Commerce 6.x implementations5+ years’ experience with Java/J2EE4+ years of experience with Spring frameworks4+ years preferred Coding in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML4+ years preferred B2B and/or B2C e-commerce preferredExperience with Cockpits in Hybris is mandatory.Experience on integrations with 3rd party platforms and/or TaxWare software in their Hybris projects is mandatoryApplication knowledge of Hybris Commerce Accelerators, extensions and Add-onsExperience in troubleshooting java cores, heap dumps, and all Hybris Server logs to determine root cause of issuesExperience in creating quick POC using Hybris Recopies.Develop/implement web services (REST)Experience in Hybris PCM implementationKnowledge of Hybris DatahubExperience with Hybris data & product modeling.Experience building solutions that integrate with SAPStrong working experience with Hybris and developing/maintaining extensionsAbility to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements
