Sr. IT Product Manager, SAP Finance - R2R/P2P

The Sr. IT Product Manager ERP Finance should be a subject matter expert and responsible for overall application capabilities to support the planning, design, and implementation of initiatives in the corporate accounting and treasury business domain. The incumbent will support the implementation of transformation initiatives in the Record to Report domain in alignment with the overall Palo Alto Networks technology strategy and roadmap. This role will collaborate with the business and transformation team in identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation in order to solve business needs. This resource should be able to lead mid to large SAP initiatives in alignment with our overall systems strategy.Your ImpactAct as the Subject Matter Expert in the record to report, Treasury, and procure to pay areas to identify opportunities and translate business need into to technology solutionsProvide the necessary technical guidance to business to support the growing needs within the finance and accounting domainOwn and drive complex SAP technical solutions aligning with our overall business strategyClosely work with the development team to provide functional specifications, configure and implement the solution as per the business requirementsBuild and maintain great relationships within and outside the IT organizationWork closely with cross-functional IT teams, and business users to design and implement solutions that are flexible and scalable while meeting the business needs in timely mannerHandle multiple initiatives in parallel and be flexible in approach to solving problems anticipating the needs of customers and business partnersWork closely as needed with SAP AMS team in order to quickly resolve critical operational issues that impact business functions
