The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Information Technology department has an immediate opening for a Senior IT Project Manager - Change Management within the Cash Application Delivery Services (Cash ADS) organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage leadership meetings. Craft agenda, facilitate, capture key action items and follow up on different tasks.
  • Support leadership team on various strategic initiatives, high priority objectives, meetings, documentation, and communication plans as well as be the key connector with employees.
  • Lead organizational projects and strategic initiatives from beginning-to-end, ensuring programs meet expectations, change impacts are mitigated, and key partners are active and committed throughout the process.
  • Manage vendor contracts from RFP to contracting and assessing progress. You will be the point of contact for vendor relationship and budget management.
  • Be the focal point for managing Cash ADS budgets
  • Conduct project and program change and organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure the business is prepared for upcoming mindset, behavioral, policy, process, and technology changes
  • Identify change impacts and risks; craft plans to mitigate risks to employee adoption, including points of resistance and potential performance gaps
  • Design and deploy a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including but not limited to, a partner analysis and engagement plan, leadership alignment and sponsorship approach, change communication plan, and enablement plan(s)
  • Craft roadmap, develop milestones, create change, project and communication plans.
  • Develop benchmarks to evaluate the success of change initiatives (e.g., support, adoption, engagement, enablement)
  • Create change management products and presentation materials, present plans and presentations to leadership and partners

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years leading projects from ideation to implementation
  • Requires knowledge in change management principles and practices, Change Management Certification preferred
  • Familiarity with Scale Agile methodology and principles, certification a plus
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes and principles, PMP certification a plus
  • Proven experience leading diverse and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work with and connect with all levels of an organization
  • Up to 10-15% travel
  • Must be a U.S Citizen or a holder with intent to become a U.S Citizen
