Sr IT Project Manager - Oracle ERP

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr IT Project Manager, ERP to lead and oversee the implementation of [ERP system, e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics] across our organization. The candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP programs, excellent leadership abilities, transformation experience, and a deep understanding of IT project management and business process re-design.What Your Impact Will Be: Program Leadership:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Global ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP program-related activities.Deliver multiple business capabilities across 150 markets across multiple time zones.Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to ensure project success.Manage and lead multiple streams of projects/ programs to drive initiatives to success outcomes Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to define program objectives, priorities, and deliverables.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.Team Management:Build and manage a high-performing project team, including internal staff, contractors, and multiple vendors and third-party consultants.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure successful delivery.Risk and Issue Management:  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.Develop and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project continuity.Quality Assurance:Ensure the ERP solution meets business requirements and quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.Change Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption.Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.Budget and Resource Management:Manage program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.Optimize resource utilization across project phases.
