About the role

Under limited supervision, upholds the integrity of owned real estate portfolio data for global, large, sophisticated portfolio of properties. Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding the portfolio.

What you’ll do

Data Entry into QuickBase or system of record pertaining to:
  • Ongoing obligations (obligation type, dates, costs, reminders)
  • 3rd Party Agreements - obligations, contract terms, costs (Purchase and Sale Agreement, Development Agreements, Options)
  • 3rd Party Consultant contract data - cost, schedule, etc.
Accurate agreement abstract data, scanned documents, owned property data and related documents are entered into source system managed by Client. Delivery of key reports informing the business of critical dates, contract compliance requirements, outstanding compliance requirements. Deliver ad-hoc and monthly/quarterly reports for management and sites lead reflecting portfolio statistics and metrics. Metrics and statistics to be delivered in a mutually agreed upon format. Support data cleanup and completeness efforts including data entry of agreement and infrastructure information for aged projects:
  • Identification, tracking, resolution or critical issue of any document exceptions such as missing documents and information.
  • Quality check of significant fields (e.g., dates, costs, sizes and options) of abstracted documents to ensure accuracy.
Prepares and distributes periodic and ad hoc reports in a timely, accurate manner. Designs reports applying various report writers, Google suite of projects (Sheets, Slides, Google Docs). Reviews standard reports prepared by team members for accuracy. Prepares and distributes critical date reports; maintains tickler system for supervising important dates and tasks.

What you’ll need

  • High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of four years related work experience, preferably including land development or land acquisition or real estate paralegal experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate preferred.
  • Land development experience is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
  • Ability to work well under pressure. Advanced organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Lease Admin Analyst position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Lease Admin Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
