Purpose:

In this fast-paced role, the Senior Manager of Business Process Management will partner with HAEA Business Departments to support adherence to Finance and Procurement processes and timelines to ensure accurate monthly financial payment and timely support for Statements of Work (SOW), PO generation, Goods Receipts and Invoice matching. This critical role will be the liaison between business teams and the Finance and Procurement departments, allow HAEA business teams to focus on service delivery.This role will be a "working manager" role and will manage one resource (to be staffed.) The Senior Manager of Business Process Management will have a good understanding of Information Technology hardware, software, subscription products as well as Accounting and Procurement process knowledge. This role will initially report to the Director of Client Experience (Director - CX) and is considered a business operations role.

Essential Functions:

• Coordination with Heads of Departments to coordinate and ensure timely SOW and PO generation to avoid "after the fact" contract submissions• Working in collaboration with Finance and Procurement, ensure Goods Receipts and provider invoice submissions are performed in a timely manner• Create and maintain a reporting dashboard for the Director of Client Experience and Heads of Departments on PO status and Goods Receipt performance• Monthly collaboration with business departments prior to month end close to ensure financial goods receipt accuracy and accruals.• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to support month-end financial close processes • Senior Manager will have one direct report (Contractor or FTE) in support of business department activity and alignment to process with potential to grow the team• Evaluate demand and present strategies for operational improvement to the Director of CX.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Accounting, or other related field• Master's degree (or other advanced degree) preferred • Experience in Information Technology field in a procurement or support role a plus• 5+ years business leadership experience interfacing with department heads and executive management• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication, planning and presentation skills• Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Power BI skills a plus Salary Range - $128,770 to $184,140
