Title:Sr. Manager Online Marketing

Job Description: In your new role you will:Develop and execute Americas region channel marketing plans, campaigns and lead-generation programs in support of partner prospecting initiatives.Enhance the culture, capacity and capability of the organization to truly embrace digital opportunities with distribution partners so that digital thinking and delivery becomes fully embedded.Ensure all channel marketing communications and content align with brand strategies.Develop and drive regional distribution digital marketing strategy and plan for regional distribution partners, for all divisions within the region.Develop and drive Americas region distribution digital marketing strategy for volume distributors and eTailers, for all divisions within the company, in conjunction with the respective corporate account managers and divisional distribution marketing heads/teams.Support external distribution relationship management and internal stakeholder management for all divisions/product lines within the company, within the Americas and globally, in respect to distribution digital marketing initiatives.Train/coach distribution corporate account managers on distribution digital marketing initiatives and the joint collaborative interface in managing distribution partners holistically.In conjunction with the corporate account manager, reconcile and track regional digital marketing budgets with the divison/product line and the distribution partner.In conjunction with divisional representatives in the Americas region, along with the respective corporate account manager, resolve any stocking issues for execution of digital distributor marketing campaigns.Analyze and report metrics against digital distribution campaign goals and report on ROI.Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing with 10+ years of relevant marketing experience (semiconductor industry preferred).Proven ability to define a B2B channel strategy, then lead implementation of tactics and programs.Proven ability to create innovative and comprehensive programs and campaigns with/for channel partners.Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, complex multi-cultural global team environment and consistently meet objectives on time and within budget.Good understanding of B2B/technical Product Marketing and go-to-market content/collateral development, Marketing Communications, Online Channel Marketing.Strong understanding of the distribution channel.Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities and project management experience.Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization, both internally and externally with channel partners.Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter skills.Experience in digital collaboration/ initiatives to drive customer engagement and transform business processes.
