Sr Manager UX Design, EMS Product (US Remote)

What you’ll be doingPartner with senior leaders of the Product organization in establishing and driving the vision and strategy for UX within Experian Marketing Services.Transform and modernize products to deliver an intuitive user experience, increase tool adoption, improve performance usability and overall engagement satisfaction.Lead and oversee large-scale and complex design projects, to ensure a consistent, compelling, and engaging customer experience across product lines.Aid in the creation of design deliverables and specifications in the form of user journeys, storyboards, interaction models, process flows, user story maps, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes based on iterative UX research and usability testing.Ability to create experiences that solve complex interactions with elegance and simple, yet intuitive designs.Create solutions designed to scale and grow over time, as product functionality and content matures and as user requirements evolve.Understand qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals and requirements, and help translate them into functional design requirements for development teams to implement.Understanding of competitive solutions and how EMS can rethink the experience for a better user engagement in solving client challenges.Optimize products usability and performance of EMS’ self-service applications and products by closely analyzing behavioral engagement metrics, business performance metrics, and testing alternative design solutions.Work with development teams and stakeholders to ensure designs are successfully implemented and brought to market.Modernize our platform products to be compete with the market and deliver a world-class user experience.
