Sr. MDM Business Analyst

If candidate is located in the San Francisco Bay Area it can be a hybrid position.One of our direct clients, a global biotech company is looking for 2 Sr. MDM Business Analyst working on a global MDM project.Skills required:8 plus years experience as Business AnalystExperience with Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, Data Quality, Data Integration and Sales/Field Alignment process Understanding of various MDM domains like Customer, Product, Organization and Location and their data modelsHands on experience with data analysis and profiling to understand and design rules for DQ, data cleansing, match/merge and hierarchy managementFamiliarity with Pharma external data providers like OneKey, Veeva etc. Background working in an agile delivery framework with experience in JIRAExperience of working on a global deployment environment with onshore / offshore modelExperience working with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, assess & manage impacts/risksExcellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities, take individual ownership of activities, collaborate with teams and drive to completion while adhering to defined timelinesDesired:Experience in Pharma and Biotech industries
