Sr. Mechanical Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Definition of projects scope, deliverables, and specifications
• Execute application projects in the Upstream natural gas, downstream LNG, and Midstream, natural gas pipeline
• Execute projects from inception to specification, systems design, validation, fabrication, and operation.
• Meet with customers to understand their business, applications, and products.
• Coordination with business development, engineering, production, manufacturing, test and commissioning.
• Schedule and budget for the project and its execution
• Project financial ownership, ensuring expected margins are met.
• Technical ownership, oversight and review of the project throughout the life cycle, both internally and externally.
• Design contribution to the engineering team in areas of expertise

• Experience with rotating machinery and/or VFD’s strongly preferred
• System integration experience, specifically with electro-mechanical systems
• Project management or coordination experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt and / or Root Cause Investigation experience is helpful
• 25% Travel
