Our direct end-client is seeking a Sr. Paid Social Manager t o join their team for a full-time (FTE) opportunity in La Mirada, CA 90638 (Los Angeles County). Candidate must be okay working onsite at new La Mirada location 2-3 days a week once business operations reopen! JOB SUMMARY The Senior Paid Social Manager will lead the paid social strategy to drive both online and in-store results. The position requires extensive paid social experience with a proven track record of growing paid social accounts. A data-driven mindset, with a focus on KPI improvement, is required to reach direct response and awareness goals. A combination of creative and analytical thinking is crucial to thrive in this role; the right candidate will contribute to all steps of paid social strategy - from planning, optimizing, reporting, and recommending next steps. KEY Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of the post-campaign analysis and insights that provide direction for optimization on marketing spend and media mix
- Activate measurable campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Manage investment, monitor metrics, and optimize results, striving for continuous innovation
- Identify and track primary KPIs & data trends; translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Spot potential issues, or areas of inefficiency, and develop an action plan
- Explore, test, and execute new initiatives - stay at the forefront of social media trends and updates
- Manage project content creation process with design teams - concept, request, QA and launch final assets
- Collaborate with organic social team to share insights, content strategies, and develop future campaign ideas
- Track record of building and scaling large/complex paid social accounts
- Identify and manage audience strategies & segmentation - CRM/loyalty lists, lookalikes, and retargeting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar and/or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in paid social strategy, media, budget management, and planning (eCommerce or Omni-channel background preferred)
- Technical proficiency using Facebook's ad platform with a deep understanding of platform dynamics and awareness of emerging tactics
- Core skills in campaign construction, analysis, content optimization and A/B testing, with the ability to implement optimizations at scale
- Strong understanding of Audience Marketing & Segmentation strategy (CRM, loyalty lists, offline events, lookalikes, and retargeting)
- Experience navigating & interpreting web analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics)
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required to perform the job successfully!
