Sr People Technology Coordinator

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly capable Workday analyst to support our team. This role will support various People & Culture systems and various project initiatives. This is a very hands-on role with the opportunity to provide support on all aspects of Workday including core HCM, time tracking, absence, advanced compensation, talent and reporting modules as well as other People & Culture applications.The ideal candidate should possess HRIS experience in a related industry, preferably with experience supporting a global company. Outstanding HRIS analysts combine their customer service skills, People & Culture (HR) knowledge with technology expertise to support business needs and optimize People & Culture processes.This role is based in Mattel's global headquarters in El Segundo, CA and reports into the Sr Manager of People Analytics. What Your Impact Will Be: Day-to-day production supportTroubleshoot/support team to resolve issuesDraft business requirements, functional specifications for review/approvalSupport team in data uploads and guide P&C team members on how to use themCreate/Maintain Workday supervisory organizationsPerform data audits to maintain data integrityPrepare SOX Audit controls to ensure complianceSupport team in various initiatives
