We are a diverse group of 35 + designers, researchers, and content strategists focused on creating great digital banking experiences for some of the most innovative companies in the world. We care deeply about human-centered design, about making commercial banking great, and about each other. We are looking for team members with a learning mindset, who can jump right in, make connections that are seemingly unrelated across products and experiences, and are excited to learn the ins and outs of commercial banking products and collaborate with cross-functional partners. You are an advocate for the user and the design process and care deeply about all the details because you know it's these details and moments that matter that enable great end-to-end experiences. You embrace ambiguity and thrive in complexity.

In this role

You'll be a Sr. Product Designercontributing to the creation of a new digital banking platform experience used by thousands of the most innovative companies in the U.S. and beyond. You will partner closely with Product Managers,Developers,Content Strategists and UX Researchers to steer the creation of high quality UXdeliverablesthat contribute to the designofend-to-end user experiences that help our clients accomplish their most challenging goals.

Must Haves
  • A portfolio of excellent work exemplifying a deep understanding of UI/UX lifecycle to define user experiences, visual and interaction design through human-centered design solutions (flows, prototypes, and user feedback)
  • A collaborative Design Thinking mindset and a Lean UX approach
  • Experience delivering on multiple projects in various stages of the product lifecycle in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • D eep experience with executing the UI/UX lifecycle , defining user experience, visual design, interaction design, user research, and design principles
  • Exceptional knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or other tools for generating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Experience designing omni-channel experiences, including desktop, mobile web and mobile app experiences (designing for chat-bots or IA is a plus)
  • Familiarity with current web technology capabilities and cross-device considerations
  • An ability to communicate respectfully when challenging assumptions and tactful style when receiving feedback

Nice to Have
  • 5-8 yearsdesigning digital product experiencesin an agile development environment
  • Experiencedesigningdigitalproducts in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with design systems and style guides
  • Proficiency with Figma and other tools for generating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, as well as JIRA for partnering with developers, and an understanding ofcurrent web technology capabilities and cross-device considerations

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with s mall teams of UX Designers to follow best practices and deliver consistently on-brand, world-class design solutions
  • Contribute to the success and team dynamic with lead ership, direction, and mentorship to elevate the design skills of overall UI/UX and graphic design teams
  • Work within an agile environment to create design assets
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, needs, and constraints
  • Create high quality UX deliverables based on user goals and priorities, including annotated wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes and production ready final assets
  • Drive user research goals, including drafting research plans, conducting interviews, writing research questionnaires, producing usability tests and compiling research results to synthesize inputs into solutions
  • Provide insights to the product development team and document user goals, needs, motivations and pain points through user personas, use cases, and experience maps
  • Communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization with minimal conflict and complications between collaborative and cross-functional personnel
  • Leverage user insights from user research to make recommendations to improve the user experience and create new concepts to bring those recommendations to life
  • Provide guidance to UI/UX style guides to support core brand look and feel and help ensure designs stay on-brand and on-trend
  • Create future state visions that align with broader product strategy and create impact for the business through a deep understanding of the user journey and user needs
  • Use proven storytelling and presentation skills to communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of human-centered design process in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation and definition, UX design, and user research, detailed design and optimization
