Job Responsibilities

  • Drive discussions regarding project scope, timing, and interdependencies
  • Own the project roadmap for the tracks
  • Communicate to IT leadership and project stakeholders on project status including prioritization, risks and mitigation plans to support decision making
  • Champion and evangelize best project management and scrum disciplines
  • Track and report on work within scrum team
  • Coordinate the transformation of business requirements into executable User Stories
  • Schedule coordinate/facilitate all relevant Scrum/Agile Ceremonies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and drive issue resolution
  • Oversight and execution of day to day execution Scrum team activities
  • Weekly leadership readout
  • Track action items and issues in a crisp format; help drive team to resolution.
  • Must be able to oversee, status, and track – ability to multi-task.
  • Effectively partner with leaders and other teams
Skills Needed:
  • Experience in Agile and JIRA is a must.
  • Able to drive & execute independently with little guidance
  • Strong communication & meeting facilitation skills, including a solid background in English and grammar.
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and interface diplomatically with all personnel.
  • Crisp/concise documentation skills – meeting notes, leadership summaries, PPT, etc.
  • Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with remote team members across multiple time zones
  • Experience working with an Enterprise company, managing multiple initiatives
  • Knowledge of Lead Generation, Data Enrichment, and/or Enterprise landscapes a HUGE PLUS

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a program manager in software and/or related technology industry
  • Desire to work in a highly productive, fast-paced team
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, & presentation
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage complex situations, people and technology
  • Provide structure and process while balancing fast execution and top notch quality
  • A cut to the chase, get it done attitude with a bias to action

  • Proven leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and complex issues
