Our customized service offerings and elite service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer’s laboratory''s business needs.This position is in Thousand Oaks, CA.Discover Impactful Work:The position supports the daily operations of the Pipette Calibration Program in GxP environments. Responsible for meeting goals and objectives of the customer location, as determined by contractual requirements, including SLA adherence, GxP operational compliance, and coordinating asset calibrations.A day in the Life:

Schedule asset calibrations for preventative or corrective maintenance

Coordinate and create asset tracking sheets

Operation within Maximo and Pipette Tracking software

Maintain calibration records for GxP and non-GxP assets

Coordination of asset pick-ups and drop-offs

Ensure compliance with SOPs

Provides general guidance and technical expertise to peers and clients

Provide excellent customer service

Support other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Experience

Experience in GxP environment preferred

Working knowledge of work order management system (Maximo) preferred

Customer service

Computer literacy

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Attention to detail; technical problem-solving skills; and ability to multi-task.

Trained in basic laboratory safety.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Proven excellence in customer service skills.

Detail oriented, problem solver, promotes a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft office (with heightened proficiency in Excel) and confident working in systems and databases.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently within customer location.

May pass through areas where chemical-based allergens may be in use (such as penicillin, tetracycline, etc.).
