Sr. Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Bioinformatics to support our sales and customer engagement efforts. This hybrid technical and customer-facing role will involve partnering with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions for clients in the biotech, pharma, and research sectors. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in bioinformatics with strong communication skills and technical acumen. Key Responsibilities:● Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs, present solutions, and demonstrate products tailored to bioinformatics workflows.● Technical Demos & POCs: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot projects that address customers’ scientific and data challenges.● Solution Design: Architect and recommend end-to-end bioinformatics workflows and platforms that integrate with customer environments (e.g., sequencing pipelines, data analysis, cloud infrastructure).● Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, translating scientific needs into technical solutions and providing feedback to product and engineering teams.● Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral.● Training & Enablement: Support onboarding and training sessions for customers and internal teams on bioinformatics tools and platforms.● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure solutions are aligned with customer expectations and roadmaps.
