Sr. Supply Planning Analyst

The Opportunity: We have an opening for a Sr. Supply Planning Analyst within the Supply Planning department, based in the El Segundo office. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this highly cross-functional role collaborates closely with teams such as Development Program Management, Marketing, Global Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, and others. The position involves preparing detailed analyses for various Mattel brands and manufacturing sites, while fostering strong working relationships across departments. Key responsibilities include creating and managing New Product Sourcing and plant loading reports, identifying and communicating impacts of changes in Long-Range Growth Scenarios, and contributing to periodic factory cost forecasting. This role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and offers high visibility across the organization.What Your Impact Will Be: Contribute to shaping the supply chain strategy for Mattel brands across diverse global manufacturing locations.Support the achievement of annual production volume targets at key manufacturing sites.Assist in preparing capacity analyses for the Global Supply Planning team, enabling informed decisions for brand and site-level planning.
