Position: Sr. Tableau Consultant

Duration - 12 contract

Rate: DOE

Location:

Dublin, CA or LA (Need to travel once or twice a month to these client)

Mandatory Skills –

Need a technically strong candidate with excellent communication skills as he would be the interacting with CTO and stakeholders

Deep functional knowledge around GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS) or Finance and HR

Familiarity with GTM apps like Salesforce / Marketo / Gainsight or HCM apps like Workday and

5 years of experience with Tableau (preferably certified) and SQL

Excellent communication and writing skills (Program management skills)

More than 10+ years of experience in Tableau

Responsibilities:

Drive the implementation and operations of Analytics Solutions that connect data systems and
Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
Strong Tableau and data modeling.
Experience in model the data marts and be the key point of contact to business users.
BA's with good presence/comm skills. Previous SaaS company experience helps, especially for
GTM.
Perform technical analysis to determine gaps and create future state solution requirements.
Work with data management and visualization tools like Tableau.
7 years of analytics experience relevant professional experience in a consulting environment is
required.
Ability to manage workstreams, stakeholders, and effectively influence and communicate cross-
functionally across all levels.
Skilled at defining and documenting business processes and requirements for ongoing system

enhancement initiatives.

Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely

solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to interact efficiently with

technical and non-technical groups.

Technical Expertise:

Experience with data discovery, analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau,SQL)
Demonstrated advanced level analytical skills is preferred.
