Sr. Test Engineer

Our client is looking for Sr. Test Engineer. This person will be part of developing process, and programming while testing the products. Looking for someone who has experience in writing software into custom board to test the systems. This is a full time role.

Scope:

  • Develop new test systems software utilizing C, C, Python and/or LabView under MS WIN and/or Linux. Achieve Production Test Validation targets for all new tests
  • Develop new test systems hardware utilizing Altium SCH and PCB. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on development of mechanical elements of the test fixture
  • Support bug fixes and enhancements to legacy test systems developed. Understand code and find and remove error conditions. Enhanced test with a pre-check and test interrupted conditions
  • Contribute to test development group process improvements including test development process, test specification process, production test validation process

Requirement

  • 6+ years of Test Engineer
  • Understanding of electrical engineering principles (EE design experience)
  • Programming experience C,C, Python, LabView.
  • Experience with SCH and PCB CAD (Altium or others),
  • Good analytical skills.
