Shared Services: Unified Administration Systems Technical (Full-Time, Day Shift) -

Lead and implement interface solutions across the enterprise following all project phases, e.g.; discovery, design, development, testing, cutover, and live and support. Define business requirements (attributes, formats, criteria, process flows, approvals, emails generated, etc.). Review functional design and converting to a technical design. Develop workflows to support Business Analysts and other team members in identifying underlying issues and bugs, and coordinate with Business Analysts to understand client business needs and requirements. Design and develop applications based on business requirements. Execute customizations, extensions, and system development through coding, performing code review, and technical testing. Oversee change management, version control, installation into production (including Change Control management). Perform unit tests, create, and maintain testing scripts, and assure data and environment integrity. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues to determines root causes and working closely with developers to identify, test and implement solutions. Analyze large quantities of data to find trends or indications of potential issues; and identify areas for system improvements and liaison with application teams to validate improved workflow.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, plus five (5) years of progressive Programming Analysis, Business Intelligence, IT or related experience programming in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems environment, including two (2) years of experience developing Object-oriented applications; and utilizing SQL, integration technologies, and service-oriented architecture. Must have experience, skills, or ability: designing, developing, testing and implementing applications in PeopleSoft Financials/HCM suite; implementing Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion Cloud application modules; developing programs, interfaces, and data conversion processes; preparing testing project estimates, test plans and test strategies; preparing System Integration Testing (SIT) test cases and leading test executions; utilizing PeopleSoft development tools such as Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, File Layout, Component Interface, Application Packages, Excel to CI, and Integration Broker; and utilizing tools and technologies such as SQR, PS Query, BI Publisher, nVision, IBM DB2, and Oracle 10g.
