Sr. UX Engineer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: San Francisco Role and Responsibility Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond Work with the cross-functional team to translate business objectives into content experiences. Create information architecture frameworks, high-level wireframes, taxonomies, user journey maps, and priority guides to communicate the content plan. Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes in tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) Create brand-level design style guides and libraries consistent with each brand Work with product to define requirements, not just translate them to design Participate in user research and help set up and conduct user testing studies to gain insights on customer needs, goals, and mindset Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback Support the development of content guidelines for different UI elements. Key Technical Skill: 4+ years of content strategy, content design, UX design, UX writing, or similar experience. BA in English, journalism, marketing, communications or other relevant field or equivalent education and experience. Understanding of design principles and how content fits into overall user experience, with proven ability to map content to user intent and adapt UX end-to-end processes to the needs of a given project. Passionate advocate for creating user-centered experiences and product flows while balancing business and user needs. Knowledge of A/B testing, user testing, and analytics. Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, self-starter environment.
