Sr./Staff Accountant

Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant in Los Angeles, California. The focus of this role will be to process and maintain customer credit records, handle customer credit inquiries, and monitor credit accounts. Responsibilities: Monitor customer credit accounts regularly Take necessary actions for the collection of delinquent payments Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities Conduct bank reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries Assist in month-end close procedures Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations Extensive knowledge and experience with General Ledger Ability to create and manage Journal Entries Experience in Month End Close Knowledge and experience with accounting ERP systems.
