JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will provide our clients with the highest level of service and technical guidance via remote and possible on-site assistance. Hands on guidance, analysis and recommendations intended to optimize the clients use of software defined composable infrastructure using HPE Synergy Solutions for Healthcare. You will work side-by- side with key internal stakeholders to review the following needs: business and operational challenges, architectural & infrastructure consulting, and enhanced solutions for internal IT groups. This role is targeted to provide a mix of onsite and offsite customer service management.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. You must be organized and analytical, able to eliminate delivery obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. You must also be comfortable in a sales environment and be able to lead discussions with the client.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Develop essential partnerships with customers by fulfilling a technical advisory role that enables customer to reach desired objectives with supported product(s) and optimize their ROI Provide deep technical research, including debug and workarounds or other instructions to assist with troubleshooting. Ensure the customer is aware of best practices, optimization and critical go forward information pertinent to their deployment Communicate effectively with all levels of technical and management contacts to ensure thorough understanding of customer environments, requirements, problem symptoms, causes and resolutions. Interact with support and development organizations while addressing problems. Escalate as required As required, provide on-site support to customers for resolution of reported problems and/or provide knowledge transfer Collaborate and Coordinate the right players at the right times Comfortable with writing documentation Needs to be able to take general direction and run with it Comfortable asking questions for clarification Comfortable receiving direction and guidance from peers Soft skills communication, presentation Motivated, self starter, has initiative Solid understanding of compute environments Ability to documenting Troubleshooting issues Collaborating with engineers Provide on site or remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation Provide on site or remote troubleshooting and fault finding Work closely with project management teams and project engineers Excellent communications skills to work closely with customers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Looking for a resource with expertise in VMWare VRealize Automation Complete design, architecture and migration services from VRA 7.6 to VRA 8.6. 5 plus years of experience working with HPE product portfolio preferred including Synergy 3 plus years technical troubleshooting experience (Customer facing) preferred Self-Motivated, with a deep commitment to our client s success Flexible, agile and resilient Deep knowledge of HPE Synergy is strongly desired Advanced administration and technical troubleshooting of Windows and UNIX server environments Must be a proven team player and have ability to collaborate across multiple teams within Develop essential partnerships with customers by fulfilling a technical advisory role that enables customer to reach desired objectives with supported product(s) and optimize their ROI Provide deep technical research, including debug and workarounds or other instructions to assist with troubleshooting.
