1st Shift Assembler- $21/hr Start ASAP

Job Title: 1st Shift AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Assemblers. This position involves working on the central packaging line and requires flexibility with start times between 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm. The work location is at 9775 Toledo Way, Irvine, CA. Reliable transportation is essential, and employees must be prepared to stand and sit throughout the entire shift, including using a microscope when necessary. Availability to work overtime and Saturdays is required.Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly of medical device catheters under the microscope.

Work at various types of workstations, including those requiring the use of a microscope for the entire day.

Stand for 8+ hours and handle very small materials at workstations without visual aids.

Operate heating boxes and package completed products.

Learn and operate coil machines for catheters if experienced in machine operating.

Follow manufacturing procedures, line clearance procedures, and process documentation of completed work orders.

Essential Skills

Good manual dexterity.

Experience working with microscopes.

6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Medical device experience.

Experience with medical device assembly, microscope, blueprint reading, production, packaging/cleanroom experience, hand tools, and schematics assembly.
