Immediate Hiring For 21$/hr Assembler I/II - 1st ShiftJob DescriptionWe are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assemblers I and II on the 1st shift. In this role, you will use a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to assemble and test medical devices. This is a contract-to-hire position, and candidates must be flexible with the potential for longer contract duration before permanent hire. All candidates must be open to working early hours and Saturdays as needed.Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience working with microscopes.
Experience with small part assembly.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work with microscopes for 90% of the shift.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience.
Ability to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials and catheters.
Experience with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and cleanroom environments.
Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments is preferred.
