Staff Accountant

Description A national healthcare organization located in Temple City is in the need of a Hybrid Staff Accountant that involves working in a hybrid setting, spending 3 days onsite. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of accounting systems such as NetSuite, Paycom, and Blackline. The successful candidate will be part of a team of managers, supervisors, and specialists, contributing to a fast-paced work environment with an 8-day close cycle.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy Prepare and record journal entries in the general ledger Contribute to the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Utilize NetSuite and Oracle software for financial management and reporting Leverage QuickBooks and SAP systems to enhance accounting functions Manage customer credit applications and maintain up-to-date records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters efficiently Utilize NetSuite CRM to enhance customer relationship management processes.Requirements Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Solid experience with Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Journal Entries Skilled in executing Month End Close procedures Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Netsuite CRM Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
