Staff Accountant

Description We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant in Gonzales, California. The role involves managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), conducting Bank Reconciliations, and maintaining the General Ledger. The position is part of our dynamic team with a focus on ensuring accurate financial records and processes.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's financial books including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger. Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy in financial records. Record and manage journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures. Oversee the month-end close process and produce financial reports as required. Utilize financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform accounting tasks and generate financial reports.
