Guardant Health Inc. is looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Staff Business Systems Analyst to own the Oracle ERP Cloud technology solution to meet the need of our internal business departments. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with internal business stakeholders to define our future system roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with & Supply chain teams to understand business requirements and then partner closely with IT development team for creation of Business Requirements, Functional Design
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
  • Maintain and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud production environment for the Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay, Build to Stock, Forecast to Plan business flows
  • Configure and support SCM Modules
  • Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technology
  • Manage relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support
  • Coordinate with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate performance of the production environment supporting Supply Chain and MFG Operations
  • Take ownership to set up and configure application, when necessary, participate in testing during system upgrades
  • Work closely with the integration team to troubleshoot and solve any data related issues during daily operations.
  • Develop future solution strategies by working closely with Business and IT Development teams
  • Create and present functional design including data analysis to business team and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
  • Manage intake process with end-users for assessment and prioritization of new requests, and track through to completion
  • Facilitate meetings to capture requirements, review scope, collate estimates to create release plans and delivery schedules, conduct post-implementation reviews
  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives
  • Perform gap analysis as is vs. to be
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including stakeholder management, project management, issue management, communication, and change management
  • Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts
  • Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
  • Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
  • Engage in change control procedures, representing application changes within multi-stakeholder governance
  • Understand Guardant Health business models and work closely with end-users to identify, recommend, and implement business process improvements
  • Perform as a core team member and/or participate in ERP project initiatives at times
  • Document systems procedures to facilitate cross-training

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS
  • Solid knowledge with 8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and/or Oracle EBS R11/R12 in Supply Chain and Manufacturing
  • Must have 8+ years of experience implementing/Supporting medium/large scale Oracle ERP SCM and MFG modules
  • Experience working on Oracle VCP modules, ASCP, GOP and GATP processes is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SQL, OTBI & BI Publisher reports
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes as regards toOrder to Cash, Build to Stock, Forecast to Plan
  • Minimum 6 years of experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects
  • Demonstrated experience in project conceptualization and planning
  • Building business cases with appropriate metrics (eg ROI, quality, productivity)
  • Managing the selection process for a new solution – build selection criteria, operate RFP process if required
  • Capture user stories and translate into release plans across single or multiple development sprints, scrum master or equivalent certification a plus
  • Producing analyses from multiple data sources to inform decisions on business process improvements or technical decisions
  • Data migrations to new solutions, and decommissioning of legacy systems
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience, including both verbal and written communications
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Must have experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project
  • Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
  • Customer-centric and Service minded
  • Ability to develop documentation for training and user procedures
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Working with outsourced support vendors, including offshore within Asia time zones.
  • Prior experience within Healthcare sector would be a plus
  • Proven ability to create, socialize and implement plans for project activities such as data migration and UAT
  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities

Work Environment:

Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
