- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Technology or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a programmer/analyst.
- Experience in manufacturing environments MES, SCADA, HMI development a plus.
- Experience in Python and/or Java (Ignition uses Jython or Python on a Java virtual machine).
- Experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle or other relational database.
- Experience in writing TSQL.
- Experience with web service and API interface and development.
- Experience in Version Control, GIT.
- Experience in Agile development, and SDLC.
- Self-starter able to drive towards goals and manage time effectively.
- Analytical and the ability to think on the fly.
- Strong skills in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Able to work in a collaborative and in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Interface with all business units, ability to work with end user clients from factory floor to upper management.
- Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities in Southern California and South Carolina.
- Ability to successfully track multiple tasks and remain cheerful under pressure.

- Work with business to develop long term solutions to manufacturing systems.
- Support technical design activities related to application software, data, databases, packaged solutions and infrastructure components.
- Analyze and identify gaps in system coverage and build automated solutions.
- Work with and interface to Manufacturing, Engineering and Production Control teams to determine needs, approval and priorities.
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, and develop architectures and solutions.
- Ensure features are well tested and perform as expected, implements fixes as required.
- Plan and execute internal system upgrades and feature rollouts.
- Build and implement functional requirements for customers.
- Create development and end user documentation.
- Implement HMI, MES, and SCADA platforms to support manufacturing environment.
