Join us and experience the benefits of being truly Liberated.What you’ll do:Receive, organize, and maintain merchandise inventoryRecord received merchandise in POS systemAttach tags and sensors to merchandiseReport merchandise issues to Stock Supervisor or Stock ManagerMaintain a well-organized stockroom providing ease of access to all merchandise and the flow of merchandise to the floorReplenish stock on the sales floorAbide by safety guidelines when transporting merchandiseUphold Loss Prevention standards and control shrinkAnswer team member’s or customer’s inventory-related questionsComplete customer transactions and provide customer service as neededCollaborate with your team to complete assigned tasksContribute to a fun, organized, and efficient environmentPerform other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need:Previous retail/stockroom experience preferredFamiliarity with the brand and action sports industryInterpersonal, customer service, and basic math skillsBe an effective team playerStrong ethical behaviorPerks:Discounted Merch401k with employer match (based on eligibility)Fun work environment & team Job Requirements: Flexible schedule and able to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidaysAdjusting or moving merchandise up to 50 lbs in all directionsBending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motionsAscend/descend a ladder to reach merchandise if applicableAbility to constantly move within the stockroom and storeAbility to stand (or remain in a stationary position) for long periods of timeExcellent communication with store management and teams (in-person, phone, and email)Problem solving and critical thinking/comprehensionAbility to accurately process cash transactions, including basic math/counting skillsLiberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
