- End-to-end oversight and coordination of worldwide programs that empower leaders and teams to better serve customers
- Create project work-back schedules, manage timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and scenario plan as needed.
- Lead program implementation including follow up and feedback loops to further evolve and adjust key programs
- Work with cross functional partners to drive continuous improvement of programs and performance to drive the overall customer and team experience and increase ownership
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans to improve adoption of tools, processes, behaviors to impact performance
- Be able to effectively interact and influence all levels in the organization and to think globally and act strategically
- Define success metrics of strategic initiatives for field leaders and teams
- Develop business requirements for upgrading and implement solutions
- Influence and lead through formal and informal channels
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing, planning, and executing strategies

- 3+ years Project Management experience
