East Bay Structural steel and Misc. Steel Company seeking an Estimator/Project Manager

Full-Time Position,

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Estimator/Project Manager

Strong structural Steel and Misc. Steel construction knowledge

Experience with self-performing labor and materials take off

Experience in School and commercial construction projects

Experience with Bluebeam/CAD/Tekla/Microsoft and/or QuickBooks

Ability to Read Construction Plans

Ability to Research Products and Information

Bilingual (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
