Visit https://www.dignityhealth.org/socal/locations/glendalememorial for more information.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary: Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Is responsible to manage and coordinate clinical operations in order to provide quality direct patient care to the adult and geriatric population. Ensures all aspects of documentation, care planning and patient care delivery to meet regulatory requirements. Responsible for fostering a positive interactive team milieu. Facilitates optimal environment to support orientation, competency validation.QualificationsQualifications:Two years recent clinical experience. prefer ER, Surgery, GI or Outpatient clinic experience.

Two years clinical experience relevant to unit population and previous charge/manager nurse experience desirable

Licensure: Current RN License to practice Nursing in California.

Education: BSN desirable

Ostomy Management Specialist Certified.

Special Skills: Training Certification in area of specialty desirable.

Clinical training relevant to unit population desirable.
