Internal Workers – Please log into your Workday account to apply Huntington Hospital Employee Login (https://myportal.cshs.org/app/UserHome) Compensation Range:$71,760.00 – $89,700.00 / YearDepartment:844000 Environmental SvcsExpectations:Supervises and directs all work activities of Hospitality Services staff which may include one or more of the following departments: Patient Transportation , Environmental, and Linen Departments. Performs routine quality control inspections and ensures quality standards are met. Provides on-going training and performance assessment of employees to maintain and improve employee competencies. Creates an atmosphere of open, positive communication throughout the department. This position requires flexibility of hours.EDUCATION:High school graduate or equivalent.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:Minimum Five (5) years experience in the housekeeping or related janitorial and/or Dispatch Call Center experience preferred. Two (2) years experience in supervising a group of twelve to fifteen employees in an acute care or hospital background.Strong oral and writing skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft office or equivalent preferred.SKILLS:Above average communication skills, ability to work in a stressful environment, high level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to act in a supervisory capacity.Worker Type:RegularFull timeShift:Evenings
