Supervisor - Job Site Delivery Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to oversee and manage delivery coordination and access control on a retail construction site with 8 stores under construction. The individual will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, directing delivery traffic, monitoring contractor and employee parking, and coordinating with multiple contractors and sub-contractors on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate incoming construction deliveries

Enforce contractor parking control and delivery access procedures to ensure public safety

Communicate professionally with contractors, vendors, and site personnel

Perform several daily job walks and delivery access route checks to observe for unsafe or unauthorized behavior

Weekly job progress updates and photos

Qualifications:

Self starter with strong communication and people skills

Basic computer and email skills, scheduling software experience a plus

Previous commercial construction experience, coordination or logistics experience preferred.

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Military/Law Enforcement / Security Experience preferred. Must present a command presence.

High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions during the shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, full time for a 7-month duration project.

Saturdays, Possibly
