Supervisor of BI Systems

About the roleAs a Supervisor of Business Intelligence Systems, you will be responsible for supervising the Business Intelligence Systems team, including planning, communications, design, installation, configuration and maintenance of our Business Intelligence (BI) platform. Other key responsibilities include: Supervising, training and coaching the BI team members and leads them in their professional development endeavorsEnsuring goals and objectives of the team are met; leading the team toward accurate and timely completion of assignments and responses to inquiries; ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed within the firm s set guidelines and policiesWorking with the Manager of Data Systems Integration to generate performance evaluations, and recommending salary increases; also working with HR to recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employeesSupervising shift activities, work flow and daily functions of the Business Intelligence teamActing as a resource to the firm on various BI questions for staff and other users; responding to user questions and issues in a timely manner and assisting with solutions About youWe d love to hear from you if you: Demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting principlesPossess an understanding of data systems modellingDisplay the ability to gather requirements, and work with end users to determine the best software solution for their requestPossess experience with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Azure DevOps team project boards And have: A Bachelor s degree in Technology, Accounting or related fieldA minimum of four (4) years of experience with Business Intelligence SystemsA minimum of four (4) years of experience with data analysis and working with users Compensation & BenefitsSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 and represents the firm s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Estimated Pay Range: $150-180K
