Supply Chain Coordinator

Please note that this is a 1 year contract position. Must have 4 year college degreeDescription:Lead Supplier Change Request (SCR) processes to completion, including ECO creation, approvals and release. Lead department tracking of EU MDR compliance projects. Resolution of outstanding payables/invoices with external manufacturers. Monthly preparation of presentation for external manufacturing projects review and meeting facilitation. Update ERP system data (e.g. pricing) for assigned finished goods. Support supply chain readiness activities for new product launches. Miscellaneous projects as assigned.What is SCR?Supplier Change Requests (SCRs)• Receive product (i.e. finished goods) change requests initiated either by suppliers or internal partners• Discuss with cross functional internal partners to identify any questions about the change requests that supplier may need to answer and acquire answers from the supplier. May need to coordinate meetings between internal partners and suppliers to discuss in more detail.• Discuss with cross functional internal partners to identify all required deliverables in order for BWI to accept implementation of the product change• Route SCR forms for internal approval of the ‘change plan’ (list of deliverables required to be completed to allow change to be implemented)• Coordinate with internal partners and the supplier to ensure timely completion of deliverables and collect associated documentation as evidence of completion• Route SCR form for final signatures acknowledging completion of deliverables and allowing change implementation• Create, and route for approval, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in documented control system, as neededApplicants must provide their phone number.
