- Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications like Microsoft office 365 and hardware systems for department users.
- Able to troubleshoot issues with Printers and can communicate with vendors for any kind of troubleshooting call.
- Perform the basic task with Active directory to trouble shoot issues with user logins.
- Good knowledge and can be able to troubleshoot issues with Email clients.
- Good knowledge of mail client calendar and able to resolve user queries with Zoom or Team’s meetings.
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills for Network related issues.
- Able to work on ticketing tool like ServiceNow and manage the SLA for assigned tickets.
