- Documents are prepared in accordance with written SOPs
- Ensure that RMAs are received, processed, repaired and delivered to customer
- Ensure RMA service reports/repair notes are completed and accurately recorded
- Receive, refurbish and test service/loaner equipment
- Become familiar with the use of the support ticketing system
- Provide technical assistance to customers (assist in ticket resolution)
- Provide support to customers during software/hardware updates
- Scheduled availability on-call for remote service issues
- Ensuring issue response and closures are aligned with contractual SLAs
- Gain proficiency in OCT calibration and testing
- Support Manufacturing during peak cycles or as needed
- Familiarity with Windows networking and administration
- Familiarity troubleshooting, repair and assembly of ophthalmic devices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus
- Expertise in supporting solutions that combine hardware and software
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team across various departments
- A results-oriented individual, with proven ability to achieve or exceed objectives
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Salesforce.com and similar platforms
